CV Leike van Oss

Leike van Oss

Leike van Oss (1964) is fascinated by the question of ‘why things happen the way they do’. How do people, groups and organizations organize themselves, how do they become stuck in the patterns that they have created and how is it possible to break through these patterns? Motivated by this fascination, Leike works as an interim manager, consultant and coach (for individuals and teams) in contexts to which change is central.

Her primary motivation is to make work and working together clearer, more transparent and simpler. In the process, she is not afraid of delivering bad news or holding on to the course that was decided on. As a consultant, she works to support mergers and reorganizations, strategic reorientation, organizational processes, conflict and team collaboration, in addition to management development. She is also specialized in issues related to HR.

She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), affiliated with the Netherlands Association of Organizational Consultants (Ooa), and is affiliated with the Register for Professional Interim Managers as a Register Manager (rm). As an interim manager, she is active in organizations in which change and organizational development are being implemented in the primary processes, combined with the reassessment of staff-line responsibilities. As a coach, she supports people in the process of reflecting on their work and careers. She serves as a mediator in situations involving conflict. Interim and consultancy projects are usually carried out at universities, government agencies (national or local) and semi-governmental organizations.

Following her studies in homoeopathy/acupuncture, Leike went on to study social psychology. Before she became interested in organizations, she maintained her own practice for homoeopathy and acupuncture. She worked as an organizational consultant for GITP/OrganisatieAdvies. Since 1999, she has worked as an a consultant and interim manager for Organisatievragen, together with Jaap van ’t Hek. As a guest or module instructor, Leike lectures on change and HRM at several universities and universities of applied sciences. She is also on the editorial team of Tijdschrift Conflicthantering (Journal of Conflict Management).
