Who are we?

Answers usually do not arise in the mind of an outsider, emerging instead through dialogue between stakeholders and experts. Asking questions is one way to initiate such dialogue, or to keep it going. The conversation within the organization concerns what is happening, where it should go and what should occur before this can take place. We search for the answers in dialogue with our clients. This is why we call ourselves ‘Organisatievragen’ (in English, ‘questions of organization’).

Organisatievragen.nl is a collaboration between two companies: Organisatievragen Maarssen of Jaap van ’t Hek and Organisatievragen Utrecht of Leike van Oss. As colleagues we work together on some projects and separately on others.
